About Me
Established in the first lockdown of 2020
Whilst I have been taking photos for many years with different devices including my phone and other peoples cameras, I had never considered taking my shooting seriously. This changed when I, along with many in the country, found myself with time on my hands due to the global pandemic of 2020.
It was time to purchase my first proper camera. Along with that initial purchase i sat an online course revolving around the fundamentals of photography. This was time well spent and has lead to a passion for photography that I was unaware that I had.
From that initial purchase my hobby has grown as has my knowledge. My gear list has expanded and at the same time my bank balance has contracted! You don’t get anywhere without spending a little. I like to think that my images are consistantly improving with time and experience.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and reading this page, I hope you like what you see.
You can find me on my socials by clicking the links below or by searching for “thesupersharpshooter” on either Facebook or Instagram. That handle came to me when listening to some music from the mid 1990’s and DJ Zinc’s track Super Sharp Shooter came on. It stopped me in my tracks, much like the first time i heard it. I had to check if it was taken, it wasn’t. I also have “thesupersmoothshooter” on Instagram that is to showcase my ICM work.
